The workshops are equipped with multiple 45-ton heavy-duty overhead cranes, enabling the seamless lifting, loading, and transport of large-scale steel signage structures.
We utilize advanced, state-of-the-art precision machinery—including laser and plasma cutters, grooving machines, shears, and press brakes—alongside specialized equipment like acrylic laser engravers and benders. These enable a full range of processes: CNC engraving, laser cutting and punching, shearing, grooving, bending, metal welding, and grinding. Our professional coating line meets European standards and utilizes Swiss Gema spraying equipment; for rail transit advertising light boxes, we achieve a daily coating capacity of 3,000 square meters, ensuring high-quality finishes and exceptional efficiency. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including spray painting, screen printing, and high-definition UV flatbed printing. We excel at applying graphic designs to a wide variety of architectural and decorative materials—such as wayfinding signage, acrylic, light boxes, custom glass, leather/PU, foam board, PVC, metal, PET, and melamine board.
