Dragn Yore Group Assists in the Construction of Lightbox Media for Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Terminal 3, Illuminating the City's Super GatewayIn recent years, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, as a core hub of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, has seen its annual passenger throughput exceed 120 million, entering a new operational era of "three terminals + five runways." With the official opening of Terminal 3, extremely high demands have been placed on high-quality, intelligent advertising media facilities. As the successful bidder for the Terminal 3 advertising lightbox project, Shenyang Dragn Yore Group Design & Production Co., Ltd., with its professional advertising lightbox solutions, successfully facilitated the smooth implementation of this key national project, creating an immersive travel experience that blends visual appeal with technology for global travelers.During the project requirements assessment phase, the Dragn Yore Group team discovered that Terminal 3 has a large spatial span, with scattered and diverse advertising media locations, encompassing 76 lightbox media outlets including driveway edges, escalator sides, shop rooftops, and pillar wraps, covering a total area of approximately 3558.12 square meters. Faced with the complex architectural structure and stringent fire safety requirements of airport terminals, Dragan Yore Group customized a system solution centered on fabric light boxes. This solution fully complies with the GB 8624-2012 building fire protection standard, ensuring the overall fire performance of the media reaches Class A and the materials reach Class B1, fundamentally guaranteeing fire safety in this densely populated area.In terms of materials and craftsmanship, Dragan Yore Group selected high-standard industrial materials. The light box frame uses aluminum alloy profiles with mechanical properties no lower than 6063-T5, ensuring a tensile strength ≥160MPa and a surface free of cracks, bubbles, and other defects. The panel uses high-quality aluminum plates with a thickness of no less than 2mm, combined with a fluorocarbon coating with an average thickness of ≥65μm, undergoing a four-coat, two-bake process, giving the light box excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance, enabling it to adapt to the high-intensity operating environment of airports.To meet the requirements of "high traffic, high brightness, and easy maintenance" for airport advertising media, Dragan Yore Group achieved technological breakthroughs in light sources and intelligent systems. The lightbox utilizes high-brightness, energy-saving LED diffuse reflection light strips, eliminating the "ribbed" effect of traditional lightboxes and ensuring a uniform and bright display. It also boasts excellent color rendering, making the advertising images as realistic and vivid as those on an LCD screen. More importantly, the project incorporates an advanced IoT intelligent control system. Through a "cloud-pipe-device" architecture, it achieves remote monitoring and intelligent management of each lightbox. This system can collect real-time fault data from the LED light source and driver power supply, automatically generate maintenance reports, and features automatic brightness adjustment based on ambient light levels, timed on/off switching, and remote power-off functions.
